Smart Home Technician
Job Summary
We are looking for anย Audio/Visual Technician to assist in installation and integration of custom smart home technology systems and electronics.ย
Responsibilities:
- Equipment Rack Fabrication
- Pull and terminate a variety of cables
- Install audio, video, control systems, video conferencing equipment, etc
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Document daily activities for project progress, follow-up, and billing
- Guide clients though system operation
- Maintain a positive relationship with clients & co-workers through effective verbal/written communication
- Service and maintain control systems
The person who will succeed in this job will have:

- Excellent customer service and drive to exceed the expectations and needs of our clients
- Passion about smart home technology and have the willingness to continue education and certifications as necessary
Additional Details
- Use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- May be required to walk/sit/stand/crawl/kneel for extended periods
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Training provided
- Most of the travel is in West Michigan, with possible travel to other states.
